A great route isn’t simply a collection of famous roads joined together on a map.
The way a day unfolds matters.
There should be stretches where you can settle into the bike and enjoy the rhythm of the road. There should be places worth stopping, scenery worth slowing down for and enough variety to keep every day interesting.
Some days might include an iconic mountain pass. Others might take you along a quieter road you had never heard of before.
Both can deliver some of the best riding of the tour.
For 2026, we’ve continued refining our European motorcycle routes around that idea. Less emphasis on ticking boxes and more attention on how each day actually feels from the saddle.

Our guided and self-guided motorcycle tours in Europe offer different ways to travel, but the thinking behind them is the same.

On a self-guided tour, it means having the route and practical details taken care of while retaining the freedom to experience each day at your own pace.

There will always be another road we could add. Another destination we could visit. Another tour we could squeeze into the calendar.

Not bigger for the sake of being bigger.
Not busier for the sake of doing more.
