About the Tours

We limit tours to a maximum of 12 bikes, ensuring a more personalised experience for all participants.

Most tours include at least one rest day. You can explore the local area or relax. We ride out every day so there is always an option for those who want more time on their bikes with or without us.
We recommend bikes of 500cc or more, capable of covering at least 125 miles between refuelling stops. All types of bikes are welcome, provided they are mechanically sound for the daily mileage.
Daily mileage varies based on road types and tour specifics. Expect around 200 miles on longer stretches and approximately 125 miles on twistier, mountainous days. CHECK!!!
Since we have pre-booked hotels and a set schedule, we ride in all weather conditions. In cases of exceptionally bad weather, we will pull over for short breaks. Tours can encounter various weather conditions, so we recommend bringing waterproof and warm clothing.
Our riding day usually starts at 8:30 AM and ends around 6:00 PM. We take a 30-minute coffee break in both the morning and afternoon, and we stop for about a half hour for lunch.
We ride at a leisurely pace, focusing on enjoyment rather than speed. Our goal is to maintain a balanced riding speed that is neither too fast nor too slow. The road limit is usually the rule!
We prefer quieter, smaller roads with little traffic, but we occasionally use major roads or motorways to cover distance. Typically, motorways constitute less than 10% of our total riding distance.

OC&RR Motorcycle Tours provides hassle-free European touring, personally tested routes and accommodations ensure a smooth ride. Our tours are structured for freedom and relaxation, allowing riders to enjoy their journey at their own pace.
Complete the booking form for your chosen tour. Upon receipt, we’ll provide details on deposit payment. A confirmation email will outline the balance due and its deadline. Once paid, you’ll receive your tour pack in advance.
Yes, we are a fully covered travel company with appropriate financial failure insurance under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, ensuring your investment is secure.

No, we have never cancelled a tour due to insufficient bookings.

Riders and pillion passengers must be 18 or over to join our tours.

Riders must have valid insurance covering their motorbike for tour countries, including rider and pillion coverage. Travel, medical, and breakdown cover with repatriation is also mandatory.
Yes, wearing a helmet is mandatory by law on our European tours.

On the Road
We require all riders on OC&RR tours to have breakdown cover for their motorcycles. Despite this, modern motorcycles rarely experience breakdowns. Our tour guides are always available to assist as needed, and in a group setting, fellow riders are also there to lend a hand. Rest assured, no one is left stranded at the roadside.

We use the buddy system, and our tour leader and back-marker stay in radio contact. Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with the Buddy System; it’s easy to learn and we’ll teach you.
