The OC & RR Motorcycle Tour of Italy, Austria, France, Germany, and Slovenia runs from 28 August to 11 September 2026, covering close to 3,000 miles across five countries. It’s a journey designed to capture the spirit of European motorcycling, combining legendary roads, breathtaking scenery, and moments of relaxation along the way.
The adventure begins in France, gathering in the historic fortress town of Sedan before heading east into Germany. The ride quickly builds momentum on the famous B500 through the Black Forest, a flowing road beloved by riders for its sweeping bends and forested horizons.
From there, the route dives into the heart of the Alps. The Umbrail and Stelvio passes mark a dramatic entry into Italy, their dizzying hairpins and high-altitude views providing a true test of skill. The Dolomites then become home for several nights, giving riders the chance to fully explore this UNESCO World Heritage region. Loops through the Sella Ronda and iconic passes such as Gardena, Pordoi, Giau, San Boldo, and Rolle showcase some of the most thrilling motorcycle roads in the world. There’s also freedom to enjoy optional side trips – Lake Garda and the Strada della Forra, cable cars, hiking, even paragliding – or simply rest by the pool with the mountains as a backdrop.
Austria offers a different flavour of alpine riding, with smooth technical routes across rolling meadows and high ridges. The Nockalmstrasse, Solk Pass, and the impressive Kolnbrein Dam are highlights, while the Grossglockner High Alpine Road stands as the jewel of this section. Its sweeping curves and views of glaciers make it one of Europe’s greatest motorcycle routes.
Flexibility is built into the journey, with opportunities to discover Slovenia’s Lake Bled, the lakeside charm of Hallstatt, or the historic Eagle’s Nest at Berchtesgaden. This first day is all about settling in and starting the adventure on the right note. Our meet-and-greet is designed to be relaxed and unhurried, giving everyone the chance to connect, share stories, and enjoy the company of fellow riders. The Château Fort provides a unique and atmospheric backdrop, where centuries of history meet modern comfort. Its central location and generous space make it the ideal place to gather, creating an easy, welcoming atmosphere as riders arrive. Once everyone is in, we’ll head to a local restaurant for food and drinks. The evening will round off with a short introduction and briefing about the days ahead, setting the tone for the journey to come.
Begin your adventure from Sedan, navigating through the picturesque Vorges Mountains. Cross into Germany to ride the iconic B500, known for its sweeping curves and stunning views of the Black Forest. Continue through the scenic L93, traversing the Schzenhenzell region. Covering approximately 272 miles, this route offers a perfect blend of rugged mountain scenery and exhilarating riding, making it a motorcyclist's dream.
Along the way, via lake Lucene and Lake Zurich: The roads are very different – Furka Pass is a beautiful mountain road in Switzerland. featuring picturesque views and winding turns. Furka Pass, known for its dramatic hairpin bends, links Gletsch and Andermatt, offering stunning landscapes and panoramic views, including the Rhone Glacier. Both passes provide memorable experiences in the Swiss Alps.
Today, we’ll ride the stunning Swiss High Passes, including Gotthard Pass, Susten Pass, Grimsel Pass, Oberalp Pass, and Nufenen Pass.
A ride from Obergoms to Interlaken and back via Giswil, Schrattenfluh, Thun, and alpine passes offers a breathtaking journey through rugged mountains, scenic lakes, and picturesque Swiss landscapes.
A ride from Brig to Varzo and Lake Locarno takes you through the majestic Swiss and Italian Alps, starting with a descent from Brig into the Rhone Valley. Crossing into Italy at Varzo, you encounter the scenic Valle Divedro, a quiet, lush valley surrounded by towering peaks. As you head towards Lake Locarno, the landscape transitions to Mediterranean-like scenery, with the serene lake nestled among palm trees and mountains. This route combines alpine beauty with the charm of Italian lakeside towns, offering a mix of challenging climbs and relaxing stretches by the water.
